We process the contact details and information you provide by email or telephone to answer enquiries and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other business correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We also process information where required by law (Article 6(1)(c)). Providing enquiry data is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient information. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.

Hosting, retention and cookies

This website is hosted on Wix. Technical data, including IP addresses, browser information and security logs, may be processed to operate and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning and secure site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Authorised Meraki personnel and hosting, IT and email service providers may access data as necessary for their work.

We use Usercentrics for Wix to manage cookie choices and record consent. You can accept or reject optional cookies and change your choice through the privacy settings control. Necessary technologies support website operation and security; optional technologies, where used, are subject to consent.

Enquiry data is retained while the enquiry or resulting business relationship remains active and as necessary to meet statutory duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical data and consent records follow the applicable service retention periods.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.
